It must be a pretty big pull to think about all the potential kids with your name on their shirts, to be fair. And that's the good old fashioned side of football really, not #griezboom
Possibly to Toni although that would be pretty pretentious. Can you actually shorten Antoine to 'Tony' though?
On your bike!
He's a politician now believe it or not
From the MEN via MSN
Antoine Griezmann has been told he can rival Paul Pogba as the biggest shirt seller in world football if he joins Manchester United.
Also the name of a really annoying Australian poker player.
Was really confused when i read the headline
Football is a business at the end of the day and Man United are a global brand because of the business aspect as well as the footballing aspect. We're in the top three when it comes to be a global brand. Now based on our recent footballing achievements, we should have dropped down but we haven't. We're still popular and if we can pull Griezmann over here because of the global superstar appeal, I wouldn't be upset at all. If he comes, our team would be strong and he could take us up a notch with his ability and performances. So yes to him!
Sadly it is. Until the crowd is displeased and boos and then it's not, and we should all be encouraging old school supporters geeing the team up, until they are doing well again then we are back to being customers who must have every single penny extracted from us by any means necessary.Football isn't a business.
Ffs took me far too long to work out what Tony G was referring to...
The fact is that the brand is saving us from an even worse decline.
What's this about?
That's a jazz musician named Kenny G.
It clearly is. For example, go read the thread about the fans not cheering on United at OT. A lot of fans in the thread are saying they will cheer when the football is entertaining. IMO, that's very similar to saying you'll cheer and clap at the end of a play if the performance was good. Whether it's originally the clubs' fault or not, fans mentality has clearly changed to that of a customer.Football isn't a business.
Yeah but what's the relevance here?
