Tom Cruise

I don't like his off-screen personality, but enjoy watching him in movies.

Some films, he has been excellent.

I'll watch the video now!

That was good. It's nice to see him not take himself so seriously. I'd say beneath it all he's an ok sort of bloke

they sound like girly films

Haha, dont worry, it`s not a girly movie.

Born on the Fourth of July (ISBN 1-888451-78-5) is the best selling autobiography of Ron Kovic, a paralyzed Vietnam War veteran who became an anti-war activist. Taking its title from Kovic's actual birthday, July 4 1946, the book was adapted into a 1989 Academy Award winning film of the same name by Oliver Stone and Ron Kovic, starring Tom Cruise as Ron Kovic.

Films I liked with Tom Cruise in it:

War Of The Worlds (Obviously had it's faults, but I just liked the action. Bad Ending)
Collateral
The Last Samurai (Yes this had plotholes galore, but I enjoyed it anyway)
Minority Report
Magnolia
Eyes Wide Shut
Jerry Maguire
Mission Impossible
Born on the Fourth of July
Rain Man

All good stuff. Collateral one of the best imo.

I agree. I don't think he would be a bad bloke. He may be a bit barmy because of that whole religion he's into but that doesn't necessarily make him a bad person. He seems brilliant with his fans, people have said he's the most generous person with the fans, he takes hours at premieres just signing autographs and having pictures taken, respect to him for that :)

He's kinda yummy too :)

I've always like tom cruise, especially in top gun.

how anyone can not like that film is beyond me. its even got val kilmer in it for god sake!
