About 0.0% chance they fire the coach who brought them back into the top 4 and won them the championship league, 6 weeks into the new season after spending a gazillion pounds on players, who haven't even all started a single game yet
They sacked Di Matteo not long after winning the champions league.
Maybe not immediately but the pressure is building slowly. Tuchel can't continue to live off that Champions League win, and now they have fresh owners who will be looking for some return on their investment.
Tuchel is also the type of manager who has little to fall back on when results aren't going his way because the style of football is quite slow and safe.

Almost nothing in common with this situation. Tuchel is widely viewed as an elite manager. Di Matteo was an interim manager who overstayed his welcome (hmm ). Theyve backed him with what must be among the biggest transfer windows for any club on history. And its only been 6 weeks!
Pressure is building, sure. Not unlike Klopp's poor start to the season. But it takes a lot more to get him fired. Some on here seem to expect an imminent announcement.

From the start he didn't really seem to know how to get Chelsea to play nice football and score loads of goals consistently. He just had them very organised and hard to beat, which suits them in the cup competitions.

If the old owner was still there I'd be fairly certain Tuchel would be gone by the World Cup but with the new owners who knows.

Still early, although I'm sure the media will start beating the drum. Chelsea should still be able to qualify out of the CL group stage & only 3 pts out of 4th in the PL (& only 5 pts from top). I do think that if Chelsea starts to lose touch of the top 4, Tuchel will feel the heat. Don't think it will happen as I don't think Arsenal are true top 4 contenders & Brighton won't be there much longer. He has been a bit dour, though, which can transfer to his players.
There's still Liverpool, Spurs and United to worry about. Arsenal look better than last season too even if they'll slow down soon. In addition if Newcastle keep up their good start that's another team to worry about.
You don't want to fall off the pace too much this season.

You would assume that Liverpool will come good which would mean that there are two places up for grabs. In my opinion, Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs and United are all in the same boat. Hopefully Liverpool continue to falter though.

He's massively underwhelmed in the league his entire time in charge, and now his main saving grace of the cup competitions is off to a rocky start.

They've had a bit of a shitty start to the season but I think it would be a bit mental to sack him now.
Won the CL, finished top 4 both times and made two cup finals last year.

Chelsea fans were up in arms when I said they looked very poor at the start of the season.
Something just isn't right with them and hasn't been for a long while. I think it started with the lukaku nonsense last season.

Of course I'm assuming Liverpool will be right there, but you misunderstood me. I wasn't saying Arsenal are a guarantee, just that they are seriously in the conversation and them getting anywhere from 2nd to 4th wouldn't surprise me (whereas I've always thought they were a bit fraudulent in the past)
His stubborn tactic certainly doesn't help, but he also might have lost some players in the process. When your manager in post interview doesn't look like he has the solution or the answer to what's happening, in most cases the problem runs deeper.

To be honest, his Chelsea team is awful and have spent awfully in the last couple of seasons. They’re like our 2020-2022 team - big reps but very little substance

Kante racking up injuries is a huge hindrance and losing Rudi is a massive massive blow. He was awesome for them.

Yeah they have definitely been a bit fraudulent in the past, but you're right they are a very credible candidate now. Chelsea have been a bit overrated in the recent past and Spurs are seen by some as practically a guarantee to be in the top 4.

What's his track record with team rebuilds? It's clear now that this Chelsea team is in transition. The new owners have a choice to either stick with him or find someone else.
Wouldn't you say that lack of investment at your club is a big factor in how the team is doing? Even at United, you can see how new players have invigorated the team. Members of a squad need to feel on edge at any club; there has to be competition and a referesh every few years, and from the outside that doesn't seem to have happened at Leicester.
If Tuchel leaves, perhaps Rodgers would be a decent appointment for Chelsea on a short one or two year contract.

Obviously winning the CL was great but Chelsea looked a really really well coached team. But over time they look more and more disjoint. Leaving aside the spending why are the foundations laid in his first year coming apart now? Changes in the team not gelling? Tuchels inability to get the attack working costing the collective?

If I was a Chelsea fan, I'd be disappointed if Tuchel was replaced by Poch, Potter or Rodgers. A little patience now could go a long way.
And to think there was a thread here comparing him to Klopp and Guardiola 
He's now mentioned about the poor mentality, lack of hunger & fighting spirit a few times now. Doing that once is okay, but repeating it after every game is a sign he's losing authority over his players & that he's crying out to get backing from the fans. Things are looking bad for Chelsea.
Scrutiny would be building a bit more if they'd not had that massive let off v West Ham.
