Rooneys catchphrase will be "im gonna pick you up in the morning pal"

Anyway, just watched NXT this weeks ep. KO vs Neville was great. Liked the Crowe debut and the Rhyno return was a nice surprise.

Id love NXT roster to get Joe added to it.

There were rumours doing the rounds this week that Roman Reigns was acting like a heel to the audience during advert breaks on Raw.

I wonder how Cesaro would fare in the PL. I can imagine the interview now:

"Yes, I score between those four posts"

Fans are so powerful now. Bryan gets cheered and gets into (it seems) 2 straight mania main events last minute.

Reigns gets booed by a crowd who booed everyone bar Bryan and becomes heel.

I fecking hope he doesn't get into the main even again. They've already made a joke of the Rumble and made Reigns look a right stupid tit.

Reigns to win at Fastlane, proper dirty heel win, I hope.

Bryan is a hell of a worker but there's a rumour that HHH and Steph believe that it is the "YES" chant that is over and Bryan second, citing that prior to the advent of that chant, for a couple of years, Bryan didn't get those kind of fan reactions.

If I'm honest, I do find Bryan a little overrated as a whole. As a worker, he's almost matchless, but in terms of his character, I don't enjoy him all that much. I find his character a little bland. His promo'ing skill tends to be raising his voice angrily.

For me, he lacks a certain character edge. I hate to say it because his matches are so enjoyable, however, you just get the impression that after everything in his career, the yes chant will live on longer than the remembrance of the character itself.

Wouldn't mind this. Would be very different to see Lesnar as the babyface.

This weeks NXT was spot on again. Good to see Enzo and Cass getting a push, love those guys. Neville/Owens was fecking brilliant, the sick moonsault, unreal 450 from the apron and the spike reverse hurricanrana were highlights.

You talk about NXT and don't mention the return of Rhyno? He worked hard to become wider than he is tall, and you ignore him? Shame on you.

I agree with you though, although I can't wait for them to boot that awful woman with Enzo and Cass.

Well, Daniel Bryan chants to end a PPV just after he was fired when Sheamus won the title and Nexus ran in and destroyed stuff.
Bryan has pretty much had his name chanted since he first came there. Him losing to Sheamus in 18 seconds has seen his fan reaction increase. And the way hes been used (or misused) has seen it continue to increase.

Vince McMahon further proves that he is indeed the greatest man to ever live. His pettiness is nothing short of (Old Testament) god like.

NOTE: Link contains a video of close ups of CM Punk's arse

(as for Bryan, the guy himself is over in smarky areas, in the vast majority of places the chant is significantly more over than he is)

Have seen this but then it didn't really make sense to me why they are pushing Reigns so hard then.

Reigns: Still uses the Shield entrance music and style, their gear, and the catchphrase. So if Bryan is not over and just the 'yes' chant, then is Reigns really over? Or is it just the Shield that is over and Reigns second.

And this...

Some serious strength required to do that to a hefty guy like Owens.

That assman song haha.

Nevilles strength was freaky. I like how they had a clean win but still managed to make Neville look fantastic as well as Owens just brutal.

May stay up tonight, got work in the morning but had a good kip last night, have a bit of a kip beforehand and then sleep from 4 to 7, reckon I'll be alright with a bit of redbull. Reasonably looking forward to it, looks like an ok card plus Sting/Triple H should be interesting.

Also, looks like Paige and Charlotte are having a bit of a back and forth on twitter, Charlotte with the heel "genetically better" thing and Paige with her "blood, sweat and tears to get here" thing. Could see Brie costing Nikki the title tonight (Brie roll Nikki out of the ring to pull twin magic but instead of kicking out, just takes the 3 with Nikki then realising what happened). The you have Nikki vs Brie and Paige vs Charlotte at Mania. Not bothered about the Bellas, although it would make sense given Brie never got her payback for being Nikki's servant or whatever, but Paige vs Charlotte could be an excellent match...having said that, it'd make too much sense so its not happening.

That was ridiculous. The bad blood between them was a good story and they were setting it all up nicely. Brie then lost the match to become her servant and Nikki became even more intolerable and hated. The next thing you know they are sisters and best friends forever and all is forgotten and nothing is said about it again making the whole storyline kind of pointless. Unless Brie is harbouring resentment and will take revenge, but there has been little sign of that to be honest.

At the moment (unless things have changed overnight) the beef is legit, it could absolutely be turned into a work though, and would make sense. No chance Brie screws Nikki, even less chance they could explain any referee falling for twin magic. Hopefully Nikki and Paige get given time tonight, their match on Main Even from a few weeks ago was real good.

It's got to be, the only solution is as I said above, have Brie cost Nikki and go forward saying that she never forgave her sister blah blah blah, Wrestlemania match. Not sure they're brave enough to put 2 Divas matches on the card but you never know. Think by the end of tonight (or at least RAW tomorrow) we will see a clearer picture of how mania will look.

Refs fall for twin magic all the time, its easy, Paige puts her in her submission, Nikki gets to the ropes, ref gets to a 4 count before giving Paige a telling off (I wish I could do this bit ;)) meanwhile behind the refs back you have Brie roll Nikki out and there lay prone for Paige to pin her...but as I say it makes too much sense to happen.

twin magic doesn't really work anymore considering the breast implants.

I can't see any upsets tonight. I expect the WM will be what everyone was predicting after the Rumble. The only question is what to do with Bryan. WWE seem set on having another Sheamus/Bryan match so wouldn't be surprised to see Sheamus cost Bryan tonight. I expect a heely win for Reigns.

I'm interested to see what they do with the Sting segment too.

I'll probably stay up and watch it, I'm working lates this week so can lie in.

They haven't done twin magic in 2 years now, minimum.

 Can you imagine...

Paige: "Count her damn it!"
Ref: "Noooo! Her tits are too small!"

They actually did that on an episode of Raw. They never actually mentioned the tits but he shouted "YOU'RE BLATANTLY BRIE" IIRC. Lawler was pissing himself (as was just about everyone watching tbh.

Reigns is going to get booed tonight. But regardless, they need to have him have a 30 minute match with Bryan. And the match needs to be really good with a few false finishes imo. HAve Reigns beat Bryan and then bryan holds his hand up after the match to "endorse" him.

A screwy finish would be the worst thing for Reigns.

I think a screwy finish could help Reigns. Say Kane interferes (Shocking, I know...) and costs Bryan the match. Maybe Reigns does the honourable thing tomorrow night on Raw and gives Bryan a rematch. Fans would cheer him big time.

Bryan endorsing him would be a bad move, in my opinion. If The Rock can't make it work, Bryan can't either.

Nah, dont see it. A screwjob finish in the main event would be a terrible idea.

Bryan endorsing him makes more sense than Rock. It should have happened at the Rumble, Reigns and bryan last two, reigns wins, Bryan comes back, holds his hand and leaves to let Reigns cheer or something. Regardless, match needs to go 20+ minutes and cant be a lot of sleeper holds and rest holds

Kick off just started.

I didn't realise it was on the same night as the Oscars. Also right in the middle of England v Scotland in the world cup. :(
