Television Tho Prop Grops Throps

I’ve seen some footage where it is MJF and some where it’s someone with a mask so bit confused but clearly it’s him. Did he play that voice conversation with Tony before he came out?
It was MJF who takes off the mask and then he came out.

Punk's media scrum was embarrassing for Tony Khan and AEW. Completely overshadowed the MJF return. Punk is such a dickhead.

So just watching all out now. The ending of the ladder match? What the feck was that?

It was a bit of a mess last night. It’s overbooked. I’d love to see Tony take a step back and let the wrestlers wrestle for like a month and see what happens.

Currently on the trios match and enjoying that. Don't normally like a bucks spotfest but this is good.

Bit late but Cardiff was absolutely fantastic. The place was electric, and I thought the card was really good. I hope they do it again, there should be a yearly ppv in the UK in my opinion.

I didn't watch AEW but damn what is happening over there? locker room fallout and drama on a weekly basis has been taken to a whole new level, it seems to be a right mess at the moment. I'm looking for last night's results and almost every top story is surrounding CM Punk and the Elite's fallout.

Yeah....they should probably stop doing these media scrums.

Embarrassing from both punk and khan there. It's the one thing I'd say Vince was as good at the end as he was at the start of his career, and that's protecting talent and the company from themselves and saying stupid shit in the media.

It's funny, Bryan Danielson is everything Punk thinks he is and more.

I would imagine that Moxley and then at the end of the show MJF getting loud support in Chicago probably pissed him off going into the press conference too. I bet he assured MJF he'd be received as a heel, and that he'd have more support than Moxley in Chicago.

The best part of the whole scrum is Punk trying to act the tough guy, "they know where to find me".

We've seen his UFC Fights. Punk can't fight sleep.

Id fancy sleep over Nick and Matt Jackson though

12 stone the pair of them wet through.

Reports coming out that punk threw punches to at least one member of the young bucks

Eddie Kingston was recently suspended for getting physical with Sammy so Punk will have to be suspended at minimum and I doubt Punk is going to accept that.

What a complete mess for AEW.

Even the Young ***** would beat up Punk.

Least if Punk did try to fight someone then no-one would have got hurt.

Seems really weird to have wrestlers as EVPs as they would have power over others. It all seems all over the place at the moment. Tony Khan needs to take a bit of a step back and get people who know about the business to run things.

They were more EVPs so that they had job titles and would therefore get healthcare. That was one of the big things at the start of AEW, wrestlers being given further backstage roles and therefore having their healthcare covered. They could only do it with a certain number of people who could take on those other roles. Mostly they just consult with Tony mostly about their own segments and matches and Tony makes all the calls. So its more of a symbolic thing, but it is also part of the reason that the group of The Elite turned down their WWE offers. So it was a sweetner on top of that, to take a leap of faith with a startup company and help get it off the ground

Without a doubt this is the biggest challenge thus far for AEW, in terms of personnel. Obviously with the pandemic and how that affected everything the company shouldnt have survived. It would have without it, but that was an unprecidented challenge for a new company. So they got through that, but now these personal dramas that werent there at the start are absolutely becoming a problem and if it is at the point where he has to choose for example between Punk and The Elite + Hangman, its tough but business wise. But for me AEW is still very much about The Bucks, Kenny and Hangman. So if they walked out over this I'd lose more interest in AEW than if Punk was gone.

This is where Tony or someone he could hire has to be the "bad guy" to a section of fans and get Punk to be professional, or to try and get a clean break away from The Elite which again to me would be the mistake. But no matter what happens he and someone else if hired for the role, are going to be the "bad guy" to a bunch of people. Worse than when Cody left and worse than the MJF angle. Losing MJF would have been 1 top talent. But this threatens to be multiple top talents leaving if its not properly resolved and they're made happy.

They were hired as EVPs but Tony took away their power around the Dark Order brawl nonsense not many months later. They’re EVPs in name only

All this punk bs has overshadow the match of the night, Swerve/Lee Vs The Acclaimed. Really enjoyed that.

They need to stop the over-reliance on returns and debuts for pops too.

Also, stop bringing in absolute nobody guest performers. Who the feck was that guy with Danielson? Was the Fozzy guitarist busy this time round?

Yeah their best match. Seems im in the minority that despite during the match being on board with The Acclaimed coming through and winning, I kinda agree with the post show comments of Swerve and Lee. Why were they so good? A lot of it was to do with the opponents. And in terms of matches The Acclaimed arent there yet on Swerve and Lee's level. But The Acclaimed are certainly over, they are something and if they continue to improve and do get to that level in the ring, they will be a superstar tag team

Loved All Out, thought it was excellent from start to finish, usual great matches with variety, and the crowd were amazing.

Joker being MJF was fairly obvious, the acclaimed have to win the tag belts in the not too distant future, and it's nice they finally moved the Hayter/Baker stuff forward, that was done well.

Had no idea about the Punk drama until reading on here, real shame if it's real, as he's never gonna win in a battle with the Bucks/Kenny/Hangman who are company founders and part of the furniture, no matter how much he moves the PPV needle.
