The battle royals really should have some stipulation attached to them. Like the winner getting a title shot of their choosing etc at any time.

Do you really want them following through on a Carmella title shot? Giving the winner a title shot would mean them having to put some thought into who wins these things which I doubt they want to do. They had Mojo win one.
