Karthik starts the afternoon session with a sweet cover drive. Hope the pitch breaks a bit in the next few days so Kumble/Sachin can get some juice off the pitch

I'd love to go to the MCG for an Ashes test one day. Oh how we will laugh at the English:lol:

We've got to do 500+ first innings. Pity we don't have another spinner or even the likes of Yuvraj and Sehwag to back Kumble up. You get the feeling spin on the fifth day will decide the game.

Been a difficult spell this one. Before the drinks break Karthik was all over Panesar.
