As I have said, they are well positioned to take any financial punishment UEFA will take on them, and they are pretty confident of not being thrown out of a competition for a reason.

Seems Mancini was definitely interested in signing another holding midfielder (shocker) but wasn't given the go-ahead to. If De Rossi's going on the cheap and wants to leave it wouldn't be a big surprise.
