Urgh, just heard the song they're releasing, a nice butchering at work. So contrived, and that key change...! i know its a basic element to any xfactor song, but its just beyond ridiculous.

Tulisa/the producers marketed them well too. This thread says it all. I remember the quotes posted in post number 10 there and I thought it was rubbish at first and in the end their fanbase who voted probably covered a wider demographic.
He was but halfway through the series either him or the producers changed their mind. Should have at least had both finalists singing different songs as the winners song but I suppose that would have been a bit more complicated to do in terms of royalties etc and that it'd be easier to have them both sing the same one.
