What? Which other club have signed the level of talent that we have in Mkhitaryan, Pogba, Ibrahimovic and Bailly, without losing anyone of any signfiicance, in this transfer window? I honestly don't think there's anyone you could make a case for. That's not even debatable.
Of course not all of them have to work out and they don't suddenly make United one of the best teams in Europe but the improvement is very significant.
