As far as I am concerned, it carries little value if the record are mostly from Div 3 - 5

Draft makes sense. Do ensure that the order is sensibly decided though and that people bid max cash so that the club aren't screwed over. Shouldn't be p/ex either otherwise people will just dump trash.

When it's a 70 rated player I can afford it! I can barely afford anyone right now anyway so doesn't really matter to me.
