Can't make loan offers for some reason.
Is there any reason why Jake (Carlisle) can't make a loan offer for one of my players? Apparently my chairmen won't allow it? Jakes also tried with Philip (Villa) and same issue?

Perhaps it's something to do with the fact that we're drawing towards the end of the season? I tried to loan-list one of either Luc Castaignos (85) or John Guidetti (85) today and my chairman wouldn't allow me to list either; earlier in the season I successfully loaned both players out to different clubs.
Is Crawley managed by anybody here? It says "manager unknown" when I check it out, and I just recalled a goalkeeper that was loaned out to Crawley, which seemed to be playing. If it is a caf member that is in charge, please tell me and I will loan him back out. If not, I will use the GK in a part exchange deal.
