Even more absurd, there's a good chance that no one will pick the best player in the draft
He's too good to pass up surely.

He needs a LB more badlyAnd Del Pierro I guess

Then go for him, I doubt Joga will. He's too good to pass up surely.

If you're off for longer and already made a decision, you could send me your picks with a back-up pick in case Joga picks one of them. Of course if you want to think about it for longer, you can use the 8 hour deadline as well.Feck knows what I'll do. And I'm off in 10 minutes. @Joga Bonito are you picking anytime soon?
Sounds absurd, but he was probably the most wanted man in this round Great pick
It sounds absurd outside the draft logic, that's what I'm talking about - for him to be picked ahead Platini, Van Basten, Puskas, Scirea, Passarella... With Simeone, Mascherano and Dunga here it was obvious that he would/should be the first choice for 3 out of 4 semi-finalists.Nothing absurd about it, most teams have distinctly lacked someone of his quality instead of the likes of Simeone and Dunga doing jobs they were never particularly good at.
Puskas, Platini and Garrincha
And just like that you've got the best attack

Yeah maybe, together with cutch I suppose. But the all round part...and you still have the poorest

Plus, you gotta love my defense
Not if the system is going to changeYou needed Desailly more than you needed Baresi.
True, I used to hate it too. The thing is that if you get only one the drafting order is criticalTwo picks are too much at this stage Teams are loosing their individuality.
Agreed, anything else is just masturbation. That's something you have to decide
Less reinforcements the better is what I prefer personally. Never like it when sides show up for the finals looking completely different to what they started as. But that's just me.

I never said the system change will definitely become a more defensive one. Baresi(apart form being a GOAT which I needed) gives my team more flexibility to play all sorts of formations. All your rivals are playing one upfront, a permanent back three doesn't make much sense at all, except for ensuring you can rightfully claim to be a "counter-attacking team". Be careful what you wish for.
Almost went for Cafu instead, but CA gives me much more maneuvering between defensive and offensive setups and I have plenty of options. Plus, he's betterSo.. my 3 GOATs went. Fair enough. I was hoping somebody would pick Platini/Puskas and Carlos Alberto was a no brainer for Viva imo.
Scirea got shamefully ignored. I kinda expected Joga to pick Scirea and play Hierro in midfield instead of Mascherano.So.. my 3 GOATs went. Fair enough. I was hoping somebody would pick Platini/Puskas and Carlos Alberto was a no brainer for Viva imo.
Cheers mate, I have a couple more options too.@VivaJanuzaj .. cracking looking side now. 5-2-3 or 4-5-1.. either way, it'll look pretty strong. I do think that Cutch's side is just unbelievable though - he's the one to avoid, he is so strong from 1-11.
Guys Krol @RB would he be higher rated than Zanetti?

Brehme, Kohler, Scirea, Burgnich would have been such a brilliant defense.
