Widely reported today in France that PSG want rid of the following players this summer and are open to offers;

Abdou Diallo
Idrissa Gueye
Layvin Kurzawa
Dina Ebimbe
Thilo Kehrer
Julian Draxler
Leandro Paredes
Mauro Icardi
Danilo Peirera
Ander Herrera
Georginio Wijnaldum

Would Wijnaldum not be of interest to a few clubs at least?

Would definitely take Gueye or Wijnaldum as we desperately need a DM

For a lot of this guys, the move was death for their career. There was some serious talent there 2-3 years ago that has been left to waste.

Almost all will be shipped off to Italy on loan with an option to buy.

Surely Gueye is worth a bid along with Parades if he’s cheap enough?

Probably end up with Ander Herrera on the last day of the transfer window.

Wouldn’t take a single one. That’s proof that psg have been terrible with all their billions.

From this list; Paredes, Icardi & Danilo would be useful additions and fill gaps in the team.

Icardi and Paredes would be most obvious choice, in case Ronaldo is leaving and FDJ deal collaspe, which both looks likely to be the case.

Paredes and Gueye would be the only ones worth a look. Everyone else is a hard pass from me for a variety of reasons.

Would take one of Paredes or Gueye. And offer a two game contract to Herrera for matches against Liverpool.

On offer

What happened to Draxler? Thought he would be a great player tbh.
Agreed. I remember him looking very classy at Old Trafford back when he was playing for the White/Green team in Germany. I can't remember and am very very lazy.

But, if he's cheap then surely he could come in and improve our right side?

They won't get rid of any if they're asking for stupid money - which if the tweet in the Paredes is true (€35m).

They're in the same predicament as us, wanting players out when those players are on high wages, it's always going to be a struggle shifting them on, specially when you're asking high fees.

Pass on all of them, unless they accept loans with options to buy.

Isn't Icardi minus crazy wife these days? I'd take him on a loan, though maybe by now we should know better than taking past it has been strikers on loan.

Paredes and Gueye would be worth a look too, though all of this does have the feel of shopping in the discount aisle.

If you don’t like Ronaldo simply standing in front of goal, barely running in behind etc and simply being there to pad stats — you’ll go absolutely insane at Playboy Icardi. He is the most poaching-poacher around.

Look at this:

bottom 1 percentile in basically everything. He literally just stands in the box and scores sometimes

It's an atrocious list full of players who lack ambition.

Glad some of those in this thread is not the transfer committee at United. Everyone single one of those players is one the way down or dreadful. Paredes is backup at PSG and not a very good one. Honestly, no better than McT just got a fancy name and nationality. Gueye was/is a decent player but would not improve us much, and comes with controversy after his anti-gay stance. Icardi is extremely one-dimensional and comes with a tonne of drama off the pitch. This is like the January 2006 window all over again where many would just take anyone who preferred to play in CM.

Icardi  Absolutely not what we need at all, why so many people mention him here
