The New Kits Thread

That's like there centenary shirt from 1999-2000

Very smart Kit

It's better than the last two though. Get rid of the sponsor's logo and those massive Reebok logos on the sleeves and it's pretty good IMHO. I usually like simple designs, but I'd be pretty pleased with this if I supported Bolton (god forbid).

It's still pretty gash, they could've at least made it symetrical. =p
Reebok and Puma easily have the worst kits.

Those stripes will cause fits even for those who don't suffer from epilepsy.

Rather shamefully, the Unicef logo is low-down on the back of the shirt:

 What a joke. If that logo guarantees them a CL Final place every year, so be it.

I reckon we'll start to see a lot more teams having 3 sponsors on their kit in the near future. Money talks.

Interesting to see how Barcelona's plan to give Unicef publicity was little more than a ruse to get fans used to sponsors on the shirt before pimping it out to the highest bidder. I didn't expect them to endorse a right wing regime with an appalling record on human rights. More Than A Club indeed.

Looks that Nike prefer shit badges next season (United will have the same, ironed)... and they want 50 pounds for that shit.

The black Barca kit looks great, the home kit doesn't.

Atleast the logo looks smaller in proportion to Puyols fat neck.

fecking hell, that black kit may be the most beautiful I've ever seen.

It's a plain black shirt with a gold/yellow (ugly) sponsors logo and Nike swoosh with a Barcelona badge. Nice enough, but I'm not really seeing the "beauty", to be honest. Would take all of 5 minutes to design.

That's the thing; simplicity is best with football shirts, but it's hard for clubs and kit manufacturers to justify buying a new shirt each year if it barely changes. Simplicity doesn't offer much scope for variance.

I bet Marca 'Shops this picture to include a whistle & red card. :D

The black one is alright, but the home one is a bit shit. The bottom half of the lines down the jersey wider than the the top is a strange design they make it look cheap.

That Barcelona home shirt is appalling, the away one is okay but there's nothing about it that suggests it's a Barcelona shirt other than badge or sponsors.
I think an away kit should be like a reverse of the home kit like our '80s Adidas one or the black AIG away kit from a few years ago.
