So you don't actually support him then.
no, i wish he could stay and manage the team. But i'm not stupid. 11 players are literally jogging around the field 1-0 and then 2-0 without even a sign of desire to improve, imo that means the team has completely gone. Once that happens, it's over.

Which self respecting club, will actually be interested in him after his stint at Utd ?

And Chelsea prior to that.

I predict a long convalescence period for Jose following this debacle. Plus some counselling. And anti-depression pills.

Into his third season and he STILL doesn't know his best defence, midfield or attack. And now he doesn't even know his favoured formation.

It's almost laughable. Wish he'd feck off he is utterly toxic.

Results and style of play aside, the best way to gauge a manager is whether they make can make the players better. Virtually every player we have is playing worse than when Mourinho first arrived. He needs to be sacked to save the season.

If you don't mind, could you explain exactly why you think Jose is still the right man for the job?

Not being funny, I'm genuinely interested in your reasoning.

So the team out there should just jog around and do nothing? The team he puts out should try at 100%. They aren't because they want him sacked.

Who is jogging? They been told to play like how they been asked.

I see International football for him. Club football at a good level, is over for him. No one will wanna touch him, this was the chance to redeem himself

Just please get him out, it isn’t working. Nobody is happy and the results are getting worse.

Let’s just write this season off and get a progressive manager in who can rebuild this year with no pressure.

He has to go after this. Outclassed by an average West Ham side. Surely this is the end for him.

I'm just happy we are imploding at the start of the season and not later in the campaign.

I think he could use a break personally, a long one at that. The guy is a genius, an outstanding tactician, he just seems to have lost the plot somewhat and his ideas simply do not work anymore.

With some time to rethink his approach, I wouldn't be surprised to see him make a successful comeback somewhere - just so long as it isn't back at United!

I agree, we are playing well under our supposed level because he has lost the squad and his football isn’t working. 2/3 of the team is his now. I know it’s not all about signings but it’s not like we are developing a really good style of football either. Also it looks like his record signing doesn’t want to play for him any more. The media aspect is absolutely toxic. If Jose gets sacked I wonder what that means for carrick and McKenna though?

Can you see it though ? Him changing his footballing approach I mean because all the success it's brought him and how seriously deluded he is, I don't think he has the common sense to see he has to change. France won a World Cup with a rather defensive approach, Portugal the Euros before, I think this will make him more focused on it (if it comes to International football)

That's another thing. The majority here may not like him, but the match going fans (especially the away fans) always show their support of him by doing his chant. You'd think he'd try and make their trip worthwhile.

Mourinho is making the fatal mistake that Moyes and Van Gaal made which is believing that them being vocal in support of the manager is validation of what he is doing at the club.

Ever had an asshole boss. Let's just say your motivation won't be at peak levels.

If they still sing Mourinhos red army after this then they all need their heads fixing

He has to go. I've lost my faith in him, whatever He's trying to do here is not working. The players seem devoid of motivation.

Carrick should be made interim manager and efforts should be made to appoint a new one before the next 5 games are out. But Ed is always afraid to do new things, he might think Jose is more experienced than Carrick to stem the rot, not seeing that keeping him on will only deepen the crisis and that any alternative would be better.

He has to go because he has zero chance of fixing this. Just is not the person you need to turn something like this around.

Wouldn't mind a lot of these players going either.

"Well, the incompetent Woodward isn't sacking him till we're mathematically out of top4. So we may as well support the manager while he's still here. P.S. Ed is shit"
