No because Raúl was a sheep and hierro was in different bracket.
I think it’s shit changing or adding rules through a draft. People who chose the sixties had all the goats, pool was drying up and then they get given a massive life line and advantage near the end of the draft and get 2 free picks in other people’s decades to help them out.
If the mods choose that decade will be picked before even seeing people’s categories fair enough but it seems that they’ve seen that the 60s pool has dried up and helped that lot out.
