Why is this quote empty?

He was in the game, apparently.

Which makes me love him even more.

(Sorry if I missed a game reference...I haven't played the sequel.)

Damn it Salt Bailly. You were supposed to go "what do you mean, I said [x]", and then I'd go "doesn't look like anything to me."
You're throwing a Westworld quote at me? At this hour on a Friday? Clearly decades of balling and the halflings' leaf have slowed my mind.

Seppuku it is.

Don’t play the game. It will only make you one of those annoying people who is unhappy with a brilliant television series because it doesn’t match their expectations from the game.
Who are those people? I absolutely love both.
Right then. I'd better get cracking.
Actually in hindsight, if you've not played the games....do the TV series before the game.

I think we all said play the game because it's a fantastic piece of art, literally my favourite game ever.

But if you havent played them and you loved the TV series, I'd say let the TV series be how you experience the story before going into the game.

I think it might be worth watching first and then playing. The story was, for the most part, divisive in the first game and I feel it was because there was a part that was poorly executed. It made sense, and I agreed with it, but compared to the rest of the game the narrative just seemed very rushed and lazy.

Obviously that wasn't the real reason why people hated it. It was obviously the agendas @Pexbo

That trailer looks class. Loved the first season, it was really strong, especially the episode about the two lovers, was it long , long time ?

I was really taken aback at how well a relationship could be shown in such a short time in such a powerful way. I was gutted for them at the end, not alot of times you can say that about any characters in most shows, let alone one you only see in one episode.

I’m finishing lost at the moment and the quality of some one off episodes equally had an impact (like Desmond being stuck in time). Really quality writing for TLOU,

Play the game before because season 2 isn't covering the whole second game so if you are waiting to watch the show first it will be like 2027 before you can play the game

? The game is amazing though, would be worst playing it knowing all the things that'll happen....

Apparently they want to stretch this to 4 seasons.

There'll be a shit ton of filler if that's the case. I remember the last section in the game (which will apparently be what season 4 covers), wasn't particularly long. Certainly couldn't do a full season out of it, maybe 3 or 4 episodes. Maybe.

I can see how they could do the show in 2 seasons, can see it in 3 if they really want to flesh things out. 4 seasons is taking the piss

I thought the second game dragged slightly towards the end despite thoroughly enjoying it otherwise.

They could explore the cult stuff more in the show. There's potentially a lot of material there.

It did. As you said fantastic story, but the very last bit felt rushed and a bit of an add on when they could have finished the story a little earlier.

You mean 4 seasons just for the second game storyline? I think at best they can do 2 seasons for it since overall story is definitely too vast for one season but 3 would mean that lot of important plot points will trudge along..

Yeah the second game is huge so think one season of presumably 10 episodes wouldn’t be enough.

3 seasons does seem a bit of a stretch though….:

Anything more than 3 seasons total would be a mistake for me. Season one was so, so well paced.
