The Icardi soap opera | Icardashians?

Always felt he was bound for Chelsea, could see Real Madrid moving for him though.

Steal his friend's wife? The woman is an adult and started a relationship with another man after she divorced her previous husband for cheating on her.
They were apparently cheating on each other. Still, Icardi started doinking her while she was still married to Lopez, which is a pretty scummy thing to do, regardless of the circumstances.

Forget about Icardi, the guys a rotter.

Lautaro is where it's at - Cracking talent. Do you think we'd be able to lure him here? He'd fit perfectly into our fluid front three, perhaps with Pepe brought in to form a formidable five (Lingard being the fifth).

Just think of it - the formidable five, like a knock off crime fighting gang from the 50's, except it's football, and we're awesome again.

This place and the need of a transfer fix like a drug addict

Icardi and Rashford rotating. Sell Lukaku.

Good as Rashford has been recently, he isn't the finished product and needs competition.

I simply couldn't comprehend this. How can a multi million footballer chose another's spouse as their own?

There are plenty hot girls around, just pick one.

Icardi and his wife remind me of that time two baseball players decided to swap families.

No I’m not joking...

Please, feck no.

Icardi has neither the quality nor character that a Manchester United player should have. By that I mean befitting the entirety of our great club, its identity, history and traditions—not just our current squad, structure or setup.

We must acquire top quality and character, instead of just improving on what we currently have, because what we have at the moment isn't good enough. Therefore, the standards are skewed and deceptive, so of course a player like Icardi looks better in comparison to the likes of Alexis (or Lukaku, as another example) but that doesn't say much.

Icardi published an autobiography at the age of fecking 23. With the time it takes for writing, editing and publishing… I'm guessing he was actually closer to 22 or even younger when he initiated that project. That's just to give you a tiny insight of his self-image, never mind him offending the fans of the club he concurrently captained in said book, resulting in a chasm between them, which definitely has contributed to this latest mess as well. Or how about the ever on-going shit circus around his agent-wife?

I guess that's the only thing we need right now, when we're slowly returning to our values and getting our club back.

While we're at it, let's be really adventurous and also sign Rabiot with his agent-mother hovering around and mix it up real good. That'll be a blast.

Can't get a better fox in the box than Icardi, the quality is there. He's not very mobile or involved in the build-up, but give him a chance and he'll more often than not finish it.

As for the character issue, he fell in love with the wife of teammate, and Ryan Giggs says hello.

Rashford is our striker, and Romelu is our backup unless we can get a decent pay for him. Icardi sounds nice, but he's character and his SO have proven to be destructive. If Ole is going to be our manager for the future, and it is is a big if, the last thing to throw in his lap is a toxic individual like Icardi. Let's have fun watching this shit going on at a distance, but God knows we don't need anymore feckery with this team.

We should stay away from him. His numbers are good but his overall game is just very poor. When he isn't scoring (like not scoring a goal from open play in last 3 months) he offers nothing and it's like playing with 10 men.

He comes with baggage and not worth it for such a limited player.

Icardi is going to Real, I'd say.

They can't rely only on Benzema forever, there is no other top striker available, and they are going to spunk most of their cash on Hazard to even think of someone like Kane.

Wanda is the problem, her big mouth should be closed forever. I totally agree about Inter decision, there's no player that is bigger than the club. If he finds a club that could pay the clause in july he will surely go, Inter will find a way to survive, after all we survived after we sold someone like Ronaldo some years ago...
well done Marotta!

Icardi is the problem, Wanda is just mouthpiece of Icardi. It's not like some other agency, Wanda is his wife, obviously what she says is something that's decided by both.

Isn't that what Terry is hated for? Sleeping with a teammate's ex.

He isn't good enough to justify the ridiculous circus that comes with him. Add to that how ill suited he is to the way we're trying to play now and it makes even less sense.

I'm interested to see which club wants him. You'd think he'd make sure he has suitors before creating this shit storm.

Weird that he was ever captain in this first place and it took this long for him to be stripped of it to be honest.

I just googled his wife and yep, she looks like that psycho girl, who always wants it her way and if you say anything, she kills you

It's amazing how negative Icardi's image is! I'm sure a lot of it is hear say and tabloid bs! I'm also amazed by the reaction to him as a footballer. His build up play has always looked decent to me and his finishing is up there with the Agueros in my book! What he's managed at Inter, during one of their worst periods for decades is nothing short of phenomenal! Sign him up I say; we desparetely need a high 20 goal scorer and there aren't many out there!

He is class, and I adore him, cnut or not.

Her sister however....:D

He offers something we've not had since Van Persie left and that's clinical finishing ability. As good as Rashford is around the field, he doesn't have the qualities of a poacher, we are not going to win any major honours with Rashford and Lukaku upfront.

We are not getting Kane, so who else in world football is clinical and can contribute to the build up play ? All of the best strikers in our leagues history have been clinical (Henry, RVN, Shearer, Aguero etc).

We shouldn't pass the opportunity when the market for a top striker is already fragile to begin with. The same arguments about attitude are heard with the likes of Rabiot etc, but we are all willing to dismiss the the simple fact that these players are miles better than anything we have at current. Barely two seasons ago did we have a man upfront who on multiple occasions has referred himself as a god and no one complained intially.

Steal his friend's wife? The woman is an adult and started a relationship with another man after she divorced her previous husband for cheating on her.

The issue here is that she's a media personality and his agent and is kicking up a fuzz and Icardi acting extremly unprofessionally. If I were a club after him that would be enough for me to be put off by him.
I see, well, that does make it sound slightly less bad then.

It would make great TV.

I can only see one top club going in for Icardi and that would be Chelsea. They wouldn't care about the negative baggage both characters offer off the field.
Chelsea would probably relish in the coverage.

Yeah, can see that as well. Chelsea definitly don't care about class or anything resembling it, between changing managers left and right, having a bunch of mercenaries in the team and even a murderer. i don't think that it would be a problem for that club.

It has chelsea written all over it.

I am waiting to see what team will commit the mistake of paying upwards of 80M on a poacher from a decading league, who offers no build up play and has the bonus of drama.

What murderer?

What murderer?

Marcos Alonso was drink driving (and speeding) and crashed his car into a wall, killing one of the passengers in his car.

Was I believe facing prison time as well but paid a hefty out of court settlement instead.

Sounds like a cnut. Didnt he also steal his friend's wife or something?

yeah... Wanda Nara has been Maxi Lopez's Wife, they have 3 children togheter.
Icardi is not a world class player imho, and he'll never be, a champion is made of humbleness, moral principles, he has none.
Do not want.

Perišić allegedly went mental on Icardi cause Wanda commented on his personal stuff live on TV.

My God, dont know how I missed that.
Thanks.

That's it.

Drink driving and going 120 Kmh in a 50 zone, in wet conditions ... collided with a wall and killed a 19 year old girl, got around 2 years in prison but it was changed to 60.000 euros, a week salary at most for him, for killing someone.

Went on with his life like nothing happened. He gets even protected from any kind of abuse about it ... the spurs fans if i remember correctly, put out a banner calling him a murderer a few years back, and the club was looking for the fans that did it to punish them.

Yes,her name is Wanda Nara ,who's also his big-mouth agent.
Also Icardi has Wanda's' three children tattooed on his arm. Those three children are from Wanda's previous marriage to former Barcelona and Argentinian forward Maxi Lopez.
There's much more too but I'm in a lazy mood.:D

Wow... Sound like wonderful people
