The French Open

Come on Murray do this lad. Easy passage to 1/4 finals then

I would still like to see Murray have a professional coach. Doing well here, Needs to kill Almagro off or it might go to 5. Almagro is a clay court specialist

Murray did well, Showed some sort of form, Should have kept serve in the 4th to force a tie break.

On to Wimbledon. Much better prosepct then Henman ever was

Form?

Form for about 2 games at a time.

Like Henman, he will never win Wimbledon.

Murray IS a better prospect than Henman, but I don't see him winning any of the Grand Slams. He has a poor attitude, and he doesn't look to have improved his game in any real way since he burst onto the scene. Although clay isn't his favourite surface, he spent a good bit of his teens playing tennis in Spain, so he should be well able to beat guys like Almagro.

Im not going to even pretend Murray is going to win Wimbledon, i have had enough of that with Henman. If it happens, it happens... he seems a bit of a miserable sod anyway.

Not the most likeable, endearing of characters, but certainly has more potential than Henman. However I too don't think he's going to be competitive in a Grand Slam any time soon, needs more consistency and a better temperament.

Form compared to what he has produced so far this year. Clay was never his court. Needs a faster court. Did well against Against that Spaniard who is Nadal's practice partner and a clay court specialist

the English are shit at tennis.

one of your best players in the last decade was a Canadian turncoat (with the exception of Nestor we're a lot worse..before any of you go getting offended)

I think Murray is worse since getting rid of Gilbert. Don't like his attitude either. I don't see him winning Wimbledon soon. I hope Federer gets this French. Nadal seems to have blister problems so perhaps there is a chance he won't get to the final? I'd like Ivanovich on the women's side. Always glad when the Williams sisters are out.

Nadal really is a monster on clay. CAn't see anyone beating him. The greatest ever on this surface.

If you guys want we can start the picks now, fourth round. I`m not up to date on when they play, so if any of these are already started please forgive me;)

I see that Ivanovic and Navarro are already through to the quarters in the women`s single so I`ve left them out.

Out goes Sharapova. Never looks comfortable on this surface.

Surely one of the Serbs to win their first Grand Slam?

Ivanovic with a great chance.

Jankovic is not playing that well and she has injury issues.

Ivanovic looked good Monday in more ways than one

Just watching Schnyder v Ivanovic on TG4. Never imagined I'd see such a great looking woman on TG4.

Who was her opponent cos i thought she looked pretty good too! (in the other way)

Petra Cetkovska (from Czech Republic)

oooooooooooooolalala :)

Murray played a good game against that chap Nadal just whooped 6-1 6-1 6-1 heh... I see it may have been 6-0 6-0 6-0 if it were Nadal vs Murray. And maybe Murray would have quit or got a haircut.

Dementieva looking good against Safina...in more ways than one.

Edit: I've jinxed it. Looks like another Safina revival.

Safina wins it 4-6, 7-6, 6-0 and will play Kuznetsova in the semi-finals.
