Why Should I always compromise? I did it with Traore as well when people did not allow me to pick Heskey when he was ok for anto in round 1. I myself suggested Samaras for Viva because I am not bitter like some others on here.

I'll be honest, as a future voter, I'm not going to focus at all on the sheeps. To me a sheep is a sheep, no matter if one of them is player who's in the 4th division in China or Samaras. My vote will never tilt on whether one sheep is better than the other because some rounds meant that the standard of sheep were going to be slightly better.
Just my say really, so if you end up with a really bad sheep, I don't think the majority of voters will care. It's how the rest of the team looks will be the deciding factor for me.

That doesn't make sense, I have Righetti who is more than a decent CB as a sheep because I got a sheep in a tough round, so the sheep possible pool for me was significantly smaller, antohan got Djemba Djemba who is much worse than Righetti because he got a sheep in an open round where he had a huge pool of players to pick from.
The tougher the round, the better sheep you will probably get. And that should matter. Why would you look at Righetti and Djemba or Liam Miller as the same level?
My vote for crappy goes to Jan Kromkamp. Liverpool's dream team fullback duo.

It's an interesting question. I understand Hernandez' thinking - I'm inclined to think the same way myself. A sheep is basically a nothing player in whatever position he plays in. In other words a real liability. A top player (not to mention a world class player - or even a historically great player, of which we have a few in this draft) will terrorize and destroy a sheep in a direct match-up. And in that context it doesn't actually matter much if the sheep is a complete joke or just a non-descript professional.
But on the other hand the quality of the sheep clearly vary so far. Your man Righetti is, as you say, a decent sheep. But whether you should actually benefit much from this is an entirely different question. That would depend on whether it was more difficult to avoid a sheep in the relevant round or not. Which will be a point of contention, I suppose.
The round is a potential nightmare, be it said. If I don't breeze through I sincerely hope both my picks go down the drain.

Well...Beckham played for LA Galaxy for five seasons. He played with far worse players than Keith Gillespie - that much is obvious. If we want to give the poor bastard a complete no-mark for a sheep, that really isn't difficult. But it ain't much comedy value in it either.
