I have absolutely no idea why people are so convinced that will be a future question. It's a shit question for starters as even without the massive blocked list it is bound to seriously unbalance things purely on the back of good luck. I'm glad that didn't happen here, or at least not to the full extent it could have.

I know mate it's heavy duty and I would be pants at it, but unless people are constantly changing their mind it should be possible to construct it as you go along?

I have a feeling Balu hasn't gone for him. He's a grand pick if you get away with it - I could've used him myself and I did consider going for him. Landed on a different position in the end, though. And in retrospect I do consider my own pick a safer one - though certainly not a decidedly better one.
Speaking of, since the shoe is in no-one's foot right now... I don't see why managers should agree or disagree with the position. For some reason the Heskey thing set some sort of precedent when him being a striker was the least of my issues with him. In the latter stages, fair enough as no one else knows what the system will be, but at this stage it is clear enough anyone needs strikers, fullbacks, CBs, midfielders, etc. The AM roles are a bit more difficult.
Overall point being that, except in the last couple of rounds, we shouldn't end up in a situation where to accommodate the positional wishes the quality requires an upgrade when there are perfectly suitable sheep in other available roles (obviously won't be an issue in this round). That would be nonsense.
