I think they want to change for Canada but Ferrari and Force India haven't agreed to it and usually when Ferrari doesn't agree it doesn't happen.........even if the sport absolutely needs it.

The rule says that you cannot change the tyres during the season unless all teams agree. It's not about special treatment to Ferrari.

Horner is just moaning because he wants the tyres changed because his cars aren't as good on them as the Lotus and Ferrari.
If it was the other way around, Horner would have no problem whatsoever with these tyres.

The only reason Ferrari don't agree is because they have an advantage (or they did, its ever changing), I'm not being a cynic about it because if my team had an advantage from a rule I wouldn't agree either. BUT this issue has fundamentally ruined the racing this season, we saw in 2005 at the US what happens when the sport puts the teams wishes ahead of the fans.........its not good.
Change the tyres, give them all a 3 day test (at Silverstone so I can go to it) and lets get back to racing.

If Ferrari made a car which is good on the tyres they are hardly going to want them to be changed. They made a car which was designed to the specifications at the start of the season.
As I said, if roles were reversed it would be Red Bull being happy and Ferrari moaning. Its the way in F1. Whenever one team is faster others always find a way to either moan or protest about something.
