Confirmed Perez news. No fractures, he has concussion and is in a stable condition in hospital, signs are encouraging. #bbcf1
 
Apparently lewis cut the chicane on the tunnel exit on his hot lap and will start 9th
 
I would assume that given his time was taken away his tyre choice becomes free, if so then put the harder tyre on and go longer or alternatively stop shorter if they can find clear air which I think would be impossible anyway.

It's just a bad day for Hamilton, I look forward to seeing him monster around from 9th, still capable of a podium given the right strategy and abit of luck.
 
To be fair everytime they cock up its usually down to the team, Button's bunged up radiator last year, playing chicken on strategy with Hamilton this year. McLaren have always been the masters of shooting themselves in the foot.
 
I can't listen to this feck nugget on the radio if he wins again, come on JB stick it to him in turn 1 and make my weekend marginally better

If Hamilton thought it was stupid to not go out and put in a lap in Q3 why didn't he say so to the team at the time and go and do it?
