Indeed its frustrating to say the least.
Pretty sure he wont even get the trophy until the FIA gala which is sometime this month I think. Then again would we want to see him being booed by 100,000 Brazilian fans?

I'm a Hamilton fan.
I think he deserved the championship. Harshly judged and lost points. I think he should have won even finishing 6th - the points and the win that he lost when the win was handed to Massa would have settled that so that would have been unbelievably harsh.
Massa had Raikonnen's help to win, and Hamilton had noone's help - certainly not Kovalinen who was a huge disappointment.
Massa had some technical problems throughout the season and lost points there. He is a very talented racer and will give Lewis food for thought next which could be interesting as new rules mean many drivers could come to the fore:
Vettel - up and coming
Massa = something to prove to consider himself a champion
Raikonnen - something to prove
Alonso - amazing last few races so in contention if provided with a car
Hamilton - more assurety as a driver

I was mainly talking about the second one, but the first one is hardly better. If you want to laugh at Ferrari then fine, but leave Massa and his family out of it. The guy could hardly have been any more gracious in defeat yet you still find reason to laugh at him. By all means celebrate Hamilton's victory, but there is no need to laugh at Massa, especially given the way he has dealt with the whole situation. Very small time.
No one is laughing at Massa or his family. Their integrity is not in question, they just celebrated prematurely, and it is as funny as feck.

The quality of the top five or six drivers is first rate, never seen such depth in F1 before. The teams seems to be tightening up a little as well. McClaren and Ferrari are out in front but the chasing teams aren't far behind.

Look don't get me wrong, I'm game for laugh and a lot of the time it does come at peoples expense. But IMO Massa is undeserving of it. If he'd acted like a twat, ala Alonso then fine, he would have asked for it. But he's been nothing but professional and good graced through out. So laughing at him seems a bit small time to me. I'd rather savour and celebrate Hamilton's victory, then laugh at Massa, maybe thats just me, I dont know.

Jesus, he's 23 years old, and the youngest winner ever...the commentator said he drove a very mature race, and if he was cautious (i.e. bottling it) then who can blame him.
He nearly won it last year and it's a feckin' great achievement for someone in only their second season.

John Terry is a very hatable person, the way he conducts himself on and off the pitch, the fact that he put himself into the position to be the hero, the way he kept playing with his captain's armband etc Like I said when I mentioned Alonso, he set himself up for that and deserved everything he got.
Massa, on the other hand, has conducted himself impecably, and been nothing but gracious in defeat. So why people feel the need to laugh at him is beyond me. Like I said, if Massa had been twatish about it all or done something to upset Hamilton's fans (i.e Alonso) then yes he would be deserving of a good deal of laughter, but the face is he hasn't. Why not just celebrate Hamilton's win?

Given the grace Massa showed, I don't see any need to dwell on it though. They should really have been keeping their eye on events though, premature celebrations are always gunna get ripped

No the sport moved on, and its better for it. Schumacher's era was great if your a Ferrari/Schummi fan, average if you were anything else. 2007 & 8 have been the best in many many years.
