Yeah, if I had to guess an abuser out of that group it’d have been Drummer.
There's a video of him doing a behind the scenes look at the show and there was a moment where he comes across Holden hanging out on set. There seemed to be tension between em and now I wonder if this stuff was part of it.
Not exactly a fan of trial by twitter, but having looked through some of the stuff he comes off as a pretty creepy fecker at best, and obviously if there's any substance to the allegations of actual sexual assault he needs to be fecked off and dealt with by the courts.
Purely as a viewer of the show, his is the main character I'd miss the least. The intentionally cringe-inducing wannabe cowboy shtick never really did much for me.

This type of shit can easily damage whole franchise, fortunately we still have books.
They can just recast him. It worked in GoT (especially in the case of Daario Naharris).
Cutting the entire character cause the actors might be a prick is not cool.
I don't think that it can damage the entire franchise. Anyone except Holden/Naomi can be recast IMO.
Sure but imagine for a second Miller, Avasarala or Amos being recasted. This would suck so much 'big felota', it could be actually funny to watch.
Not a fan of the recast thing, but yeah, the show must go on and so does Alex' character who definitely deserve some respect. Good thing is unlike George Martin, Abraham and Ty have bigger influence on the TV show, I'm almost sure they figure this out in both sensitive and intelligent way.
Still no official word from Cas Anvar, I wonder if he'll go full war and sue the living crap out of the victims to save any career left for him. The more this being dragged through days/weeks/months, the more it will turn into drama and that's not a good thing. Just shame it happened to Expanse of all sci-fi shows.

Season 5 has already been shot and is in post-production so that'll be a massive ball-ache for the producers. Not sure how they can do anything other than re-shoot his scenes but it would probably be hard to do them without them looking terrible - and cause big delays.
Is there a scheduled release date for the new series? Can't they just release it, then sack him?

At some point, this may snowball into something bigger, from what people are writing on Reddit, the significant part of Comic Con culture is infested with actors who use it precisely for predatory grounds.
Only speculations - December and there were talks about releasing it even earlier, but that was before the recent can of shitstorm happening.
He's the least interesting character on the show, for me.

They have CGI techniques to change face features, but it still technically would be Cas Anvar looking like Sayid from Lost.

It's going to be tough replacing the guy that just sits in a chair and talks to a screen.
The problem isn't her character, the problem is the acting. She's terrible.
She's fine tbf, it fits with the book character.
This is so bad that it even came to the attention of the writers. Enjoy.

Can't fecking wait. Season 4 was a bit slow but then it's based on book 4 so... no surprises there.
The story really ramps up on book 5 though, and it should be epic.

Reddit says investigations are still ongoing, but he was the only major cast member not at an event today. And that he was featured minimally in the trailer; haven‘t watched so can’t say.
I was wondering when filming for this was done to release it but its seem to have just been wrapped up before the pandemic started in February.
New big production shows/seasons are still trickling through but it's going to be interesting around the new year to see what comes out as I imagine most the stuff completed before lockdown and gone through post production would be drying up now..

On Cas Anvar, he wasn't in the announcement video last night and there's been no update. I'd say it's not over yet.
Still to finish season 4. It was at about that season that I realised I didn't actually particularly care about any of the characters and I'd only been watching for the story and the space exploration.
Is that first point a spoiler, @unchanged_lineup ?
