Aye, not sure where to start with this, and it seems to take away a bit of the intrigue of waiting to see how teams line up. I might just randomise the 15 teams and then make a few changes based on the teams that have really caught my eye. No harm in trying out new things though I guess.

Don't need to look at how they lineup. Just the average quality of players.

I guess if most are not digging it, I can do the usual draw.

My idea was to reduce the top teams drawing each other and getting eliminated in round 1 which had been happening in the last couple of drafts consistently.

Tbh, am not sure, it might rise the numbers as you intended. Initially, it sounded good to me also.

Only I feel it won't do anything with numbers, you will just have the same amount of votes with a vast majority voting it as a close game. I also don't like the idea that basically some voter can give you a 2 vote advantage in such scenario.
