The only self professed Biden fan in all election related threads was @shamans

As for left leaning, can’t help it that right wingers always ended up getting themselves banned by acting like massive cnuts. Even then, the average poster on the Caf is about as left leaning as r/politics redditor, which is to say hardly commie pinko.

Give an example instead of general statements. There's left leaning media and right leaning media. You are currently spewing the same talking points of far right media on this thread and another so why are you so mad at the other half? Or is it just anyone that disagrees with you?

Also, in general the left leaning media (CNN) is not that far left. More, moderately pro Biden than say Bernie, Warren AOC etc. I say this as a long time Joe Biden fan. Also, I do not identify as far left and historically have not but right has gone so far right now that my views would be considered uber liberal far left (supporting BLM for instance)

Yeah, I was thinking that, if you organize elections with the Caf's CE posters, it wouldn't go any further than centre-left, if that.

No, I meant actual elections. People talk a good game, but I think a lot of them wouldn't vote that far to the left if it could actually affect their taxes.

But, @Barnslig, if you think CNN and FOX News are equidistant on either side of the "center" you are mistaken. @Cheimoon, my brother to the north (whose English skills are in question these days) is correct, other networks like MSNBC are further to the left and more in step with Fox than CNN.

You know...feck it, I don't have it in me to expend the time to write the rest of this post. It's been a really shitty week for my family and if you think the left and right in America are the same than there is nothing that can be said to change your mind because we are living in different realities.

Again, you must have drifted more towards the right than you realize (given your comments in the other thread) but CNN is absolutely by no means "far left". It is a reflection of the guy who won the election. They are center left at most. CNN hardly has anything positive to say about bernie etc.

Being anti Trump does not make you far left. Conservatives voted against him.

CNN is in no way far left. It doesn't mean that they are not biased in their reporting though.

The vast majority of the US wouldn't know far left if it jumped up and hit them in the face! Most seem to think, that health care free at the point of delivery is communism.

I'd be interested in a caf election though. Especially due to the differences in location. The party I voted for would probably be almost illegal in the US for being so far left.

When compared to Fox it most certainly is. Also, in terms of US politics it most certainly is.
