I think all the managers should be tagged and be informed of the nature of this start (no timelimit) so as not to cause panic.

When making a bid you add your name behind the players name, the time(London time) you make the bid and you tag whoever you outbid. Also place the bid furthest down the list so the bids higher up are closest to deadline.

Correct. Deadlines has not yet started and when the activity list has been completed all bids will get the deadline from that time. Meaning no min. bid raises will apply based on the current hours.

I copy pasted the list from the OP and cut it to 5 people per post and by some strange coincidence you were in the third list and in second place once again :lol:.
