Thank you, Warren Joyce!

Always got he impression Joyce was very good at his job. He seemed to be able to put structure on whatever bunch of players he had to work with. When he had the players to do it his teams played really good football. I think he'll be missed.

Good luck at Wigan.

Good luck to him, he's done a great job at the club.

Well done Warren
Sad to see him go but hopefully he takes a few of our kids on loan

Good luck Warren Joyce!

Muahahaha, what a poor effort to discredit LVG.

If it was Jose at ManUtd last season, Rashford won't even have the chance to train with the 1st team.

It’s pretty natural for coaches to test their skills as managers of 1st teams. It’s sad of course to lose him, but it’s part of the game.

Of course. i just know hes had a big influence on people like rashford so its a shame we're losing him when we have a fair few very promising younsters he would have worked with.

Hope it goes well for him though.

Not to discredit Joyce or anything, I really rate him and its a shame he is going but Rashford started about 2 games for Joyce and was barely apart of the u21s side.

It's McGuinness and Colin Little you should be praising for Rashford. He was hardly involved for the u21s last year, only played a few games before being promoted.

What a successful time he's had with us, both in terms of team success and individual development of players. He will be sorely missed. Thanks for all your hard work at what must have been a hard job what with all the good players being promoted to the first team and many sent on loan, yet he always managed to make a team out of what was left. Lets hope hes a big success with Wigan and future clubs and returns to us one day.

A big gamble for Wigan. For all the talk of the reserves being a hard job it pales in comparison to 1st team management.

There's quite a number of skills that don't get tested at reserve level. You don't have to identify and sign talent for a start. That's huge. Dealing with agents, with the media, the expectation levels etc.

Hope he does well as he seems a good guy but it's a massive leap.

Didn't rashford say in an interview that joyce helped him with his movement?
