Well deserved! Did a great job managing the reserves since 2008 after a spell at Royal Antwerp.
It’s a sad day but at the same time I’m really happy for him. Will be interesting to see who takes over the U23s.

Best of luck Warren.

Gutted he's gone, but wish him all the best.

Hope we get a good replacement.

Disappointed he's gone, always destined for first team football though. universally liked and respected.

I want the best staff to be at MUFC and I am disappointed to see him leave us. I rate him VERY highly.
For all those who credit LVG for "finding" Rashford, it was actually Joyce who found and worked with him.
In the Arsenal home game last season, when we won by a big margin, it was a bunch of Warren Joyce players who did the damage. For that game, LVG didn't have time to indoctrinate these kids into his side/back passing and non-scoring philosophy. That was Warren Joyce right there.

It'll be interesting to see what what he does in management. In 10 years, if he turns out to be good, he may even get the MUFC job!

He did excellent work for the reserves. Best of luck at Wigan.

It's not an ideal time to be leaving, but I'm excited to see what a new coach can bring to the table.

Hopefully we headhunt someone like we did with McKenna. Good luck to Joyce at Wigan.

Hope he comes back as a United manager one day if he becomes the manager I think he will.

Not to discredit Joyce or anything, I really rate him and its a shame he is going but Rashford started about 2 games for Joyce and was barely apart of the u21s side.

If he becomes good, maybe someday he will make it here, i hope,
At youth level, he was fantastic i think
Gutted but exciting to see his journey outside
At least he dare to take challenge

Whoever gets the u23 job wont have the the most talented bunch to work with, attacking wise anyway. It will be difficult for anyone. We haven't got a single striker ffs.

However there's a very special group underneath who any coach would be excited to work with.

Hope he does well..
Thanks for everything..
Will miss having him in shorts in any weather.

That's the thing...

He's done such a wonderful job over the years!

Wishing him the best in his future endeavours.

It's McGuinness and Colin Little you should be praising for Rashford. He was hardly involved for the u21s last year, only played a few games before being promoted.

Fair play to him. Done about all he can at the level he was at. Nice opportunity to move on. Hope it works out well for him.

Well deserved for him, it's a shame to see him go but he deserves it.

He's a very good coach/ youth manager, wish him only well. At the same time I am not sad much, I guess whoever comes will give the young team a bit of a new impulse like McKenna for under 18, as somebody mentioned whoever comes in won't have it easy to work with not very special crop of players but it will be imo important to push Butt into buying decent strikers/wingers which we didnt have for a while in that age group but at the same time I understand it might not be easy as those players could as well want to play first team football already, so we will see about the change of personell there but I definitely want to see more chances for Demi Mitchell, Sadiq out and in general more sensible lineups and perhaps more enjoyable brand of football with attacking mentality for the first team.

Of course the person in charge has to be able to work individually with players, so it won't be easy for Butt to make the call..

It's a big blow, he was doing a fantastic job under some strenuous circumstances. Good luck to him!
