Apart from his shit attitude and astronomical wages, Tevez doesn't fit our 4231. He can't play as a lone striker and we want to play Cazorla in the hole.
Before City came along, most news outlets and 'sources' had us offering him £125k a week in the permanent deal, so I can't imagine it would've been too far over £100k on the loan deal.I don't see Arsenal ever entertaining his astronomical wages.
I wonder what kind of money he was on when he was at United.

Do you? He was playing from the left even with Wilshere out.
Yes, that was a tactical call by Wenger to play another CM to get results to get 4th. We'll be more expansive next season (in any case we aren't playing a second striker in the hole).
Wilshere should play in the CM pair not in the hole. He's good coming on to the play not so comfortable with his back to the direction of play (basically he's a midfielder not a forward).I don't think he knows what he wants to do with Wilshere yet in all honesty, it depends on where he plays first of all .

Why so cheap?
I actually think City did well to get over £10m for him..
He sold his arse to Kia and the mafia, he farts to their tune.Manchester to Buenos Aires is 6967 miles whilst Turin to Buenos Aires is 6909 miles. He's inching closer to home, just like he always wanted, the poor bugger.
They turned down £20m for a player they didn't want and a player that didn't want to be there? I don't believe that for a second!
Surely there's going to be some sort of figure which means that City will receive more money for the transfer over time? Yes, City don't really need the money from transfers because of how rich they are, and they may have been desperate to get rid of Tevez because of his prior actions at the club, but £10m for a player of his talent and ability, no matter how much of a dick he may be, is a really small fee. It also gives across a message that if they don't want a player hanging around that they're willing to budge for a small fee as well.
Give the #10 shirt apparently. Juve fans on my facebook not too happy with that
Only six months earlier, Tevez, who was then on strike at Manchester City, had been very close to signing with Milan. He had been pictured with his agent, Kia Joorabchian, enjoying lunch with the Rossoneri's chief executive Adriano Galliani in Rio de Janeiro. The deal hinged on whether Alexandre Pato joined Paris Saint-Germain. Alas, he did not and decided to stay at Milan for another year. So the Tevez transfer collapsed.
Yet Galliani's interest in him did not. At least that's what he wanted us to believe. When reports began to emerge at the beginning of June that Juventus were seriously considering a bid for Tevez, he summoned journalists over to show them a text message. It was supposedly from Joorabchian. "Tevez is loyal," Galliani said. "He won't betray me."
His actions led some to wonder what Galliani's intentions were? Did this mean Milan were about to join Juventus in competition for Tevez's signature or was that precisely what Galliani wanted City to think? Was he simply trying to make the cost of the signing more expensive for a rival? It seemed like the latter, and if that really were the case, he doesn't appear to have been all that successful.
Why?
Because Juventus has done a great piece of business for Tevez. Much like Galliani in negotiations with City for Mario Balotelli, Juve general manager Beppe Marotta has reportedly gotten the price to drop, from €18 million to €15 million before an agreement was finally reached at €12 million -- €9 million up front with €3 million to come in performance-related add-ons.
How much Tevez will earn is the matter of conjecture at the moment. Juventus can't match his wages at City. The feeling is that he will have to take a pay cut. A three-year contract worth €5.5 million a season after tax is supposedly the deal on the table. Since goalkeeper Gigi Buffon renewed for less money in the spring, this would make Tevez Juventus' highest paid player and the second highest in Serie A after Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi.
Wonder will he bother his bollocks to learn Italian though?
Decent deal all round. City get £10m plus £xxxx off the wage bill, and rid of a complete liability. Juventus get a good player who might be happier in Italy, albeit a player in the class below the best. Aguero is a better player with a better attitude.
Quoted for awesomeness.
Most definitely & even Maradona bein his Father-in-law doesnt seem to have swayed his good manner, which is hard to fathom.
I dont know if this is true, (but i thought it was pretty cool) Aquero didnt accept a boot sponsorship deal until the past few years (losin out on massive dosh) with anyone because he wanted to wear whatever boot that he felt comfortable wearing.
So, what he supposedly used to do was marker over the brand on the boot etc.. and he'd do that with several brands of boots dependin on the conditions of the pitch & with a new favourite boot more to the point. Could be bullshit, but its a nice story if true...
