Music Taylor Swift

#52 "willow" (2020)

Life was a willow and it bent right to your wind
They count me out time and time again
Life was a willow and it bent right to your wind
But I come back stronger than a 90's trend

A lot of Swifties loath that last line because it doesn't fit with the witchy theme of the song. Personally I think the line is funny, especially as she breaks out of character and delivers it with a smirk in the music video.

This lead single from evermore was, shockingly, only her 7th Billboard no. 1. The album naturally reached the summit as well, making Taylor the first artist to debut top of both the single and album charts simultaneously — twice. She has since done it twice more.

She's officially en route to LAX from Tokyo. Crossing about a million timezones. That jet lag at the game tomorrow will be brutal.

Flights being tracked on twitter like she's about to sign for United.

The only United person tracking her is probably you.

Can we please spend the whole day talking about her? It's her special day and we love her so much!

Please post here about every single thing she does today. This is historic.

The only song of hers I like

Forgot how weird this thread was. The live laugh love of music.
The reviews in here from Samid are great. Like a pretentious food critic reviewing fast food burgers with complete sincerity.

Was looking for odds on Skybet that Kelce would pop the question on the field afterwards but couldn't find it. Bullshit.

Fanduel.

Will Kelce propose to Swift on the field after the game?

Yes:
+1060 (Bet $100 to win $1060)

No: -3000 (Bet $3000 to net $100)

Will the MVP of Super Bowl 58 mention Swift in postgame speech?

Yes:
+600 (Bet $100 to net $600)

No: -1100 (Bet $1100 to net $100)

#51 "Safe & Sound" ft. The Civil Wars (2011)

This song from The Hunger Games soundtrack was the first taste we got of folky Taylor. Little did we know that she would dominate the world with this genre about a decade later. Gorgeous vocals.

The only reason this didn't win a Golden Globe for Best Original Song was Adele's Skyfall.

You have to ask yourself if Hardman would be up for it without the power of Tay. In a different timeline Tay stays in Tokyo for another day and then the 69ers win.

Loads of people got a chance to live Samid's dream and eat Taylor Swift.

Co Down baker's 'fearless' talent sees her make lifesize Taylor Swift cake ahead of Superbowl

Nah, it’s a doozy. If you fly at Midday, you land at 5pm (plus one day).

Flat bed, sleeping pill, 8 hour kip on a proper massive bed, no issues with that.
