Mendes has been offering him throughout England. Benfica wants 20M£. Last I heard, they're waiting for the Chinese to buy Wolverhampton, so they could move him.

Wolves have a new rich Chinese owner which explains why they can be throwing money around. Also after a few other Jorge Mendes clients from what I read too.
Story is made by A Bola though. The same ones who'd link us with Gaitan every single window for the last 6 years. Saying that, if Wolves were taken over by rich owners, they probably do have a lot of money to spend, but surely there are better players out there compared to Talisca, who's been fairly average for Benfica.
So Mendes will start parking some players at Wolves in a similar fashion to Valencia?

Not good enough for a club like Benfica. Yes he has an amazing kick and he is tall but he can't take advantage of that to score and he looks too slow and kind of clumsy with the ball. Promissed alot in the beginning but is now running out of chances at Benfica. Despite this, he will probably turn Wolves into a better team.

He was bad for Benfica other than the first few games. He's in Besiktas now and apparently he's been doing better.
His free kicks stand out but he's average other than that. He's not good enough to play for you, it's not even close.
I'll be honest i never saw him playing here in Brazil. I think he was a 9 in Bahia.

You've basically given up all hope of a football career moving from benfica to wolves. Not a huge shock that didn't happen.
Had a good game against Lyon. He's an interesting player, one who could have an ordinary career, but also one I suspect who could go under the radar and explode if he makes the right move.
He has great physical qualities, and can finish too. Perhaps if I made a comparison it would be Julio Baptista, who was also at the 'he could go either way' stage once in his career, before he chose left and went to shite.
