@Physiocrat

Happy to see Valderrama and van der elst in this draft.

Somebody moving around Careca (a direct support) would have made me reconsider my vote.

Littbarski could enter inside, but not the ideal back-up for Careca

I see your general point but not sure why a more central Littbarski wouldn't work.

In other words, the feeling that a second striker would have been the welcome.

Littbarski isn't really a sharp player if my memories are good: I see him mainly as a playmaker but I could be wrong of course.

Also, I like the idea of having at least 2 great scorers: Careca is great but not sure if Littbarski or Barnes could score a lot

Just a personal preference based on nothing serious!

Littbarksi had a 1 in 2 record at Koln. He isn't really a second-striker but certainly had a lot of goals in him. Barnes scored around 10 goals a season (46 game league season) and with less defensive responsibility, not in an old 442, he could probably maintain or possible better it in a 433. I agree with you on having two great goalscorers per side which is why the only upgrade for Littbarski would have been Best.

Good to know. You have done the job.

After all, I've lost my 1st game so my comments don't deserve to be taken too seriously in this draft: I guess I haven't understood this era :D
