Reina to Barcelona?

Balotelli valued at 31m in sterling when City are the selling club?

That rubbish aside did somebody else say earlier in the week that Diama could be on his way to Arsenal in this transfer window?

Wenger has mentioned, or maybe it was just rumors, that if he were to move to France, he'd want to work at the front office as opposed to continuing as a manager.

I could see Ancelotti and Wenger both at PSG at the same time

Wenger has always said that he'd 'give something back to the game' when he was finished managing at the top level, implying a coaching role at grass roots level.

If Wenger goes, then Ancelotti is quite a good replacement for him IMO. Very good manager.

I don't think Ancelotti fits the Arsenal model. He doesn't tend to focus on young players.

He's very well liked by some of the Chelsea fans because he gave chances to the youngsters.

That's what ChelseaYouth on twitter said about him

Ancelotti gave a hell of a lot of opportunities to youngsters didn't he? Borini, Bruma, PvA, Kakuta, Bertrand, Hutchinson, McEachran, Mellis

That's what ChelseaYouth on twitter said about him

Not sure I'd agree with that. He joined at a time when Roman wasn't sending much and was keeping the number of first team players low. He may have given those players the odd game but none of them made any impact on the first team. The only one that came through was Bertrand and he only got his real chance when Carlo was sacked.

This sounds like one of those bullshit 5th hand rumours, but here it goes...

The son of a guy I work with, is best friends with a West Ham first X1 player, and he said he spoke to Diame and was saying moving to Tottenham was a done deal.

Therefore, I'm a bit surprised that a few days on nothing has come out yet

And in a transfer window, not a single interesting story either.

If I'm late up on a Sunday it's normally there so I don't tend to even bother. Got to agree, when the last sunday gossip column has to have stories like the Sir Alex conculting Giggs and Scholes or Rafa wanting to stay it shows you how dead this transfer window is.

Anyone think there's a chance Rafa will be given the job full time?

Dunno Marca have been saying him for the next Real Madrid manager. Then again though that seems to change everyday. Loew, Wenger and Klopp are the other faves.

Yeah, I highly doubt the Madrid fans would put up with his "tactics" too much. That bunch wants to win, and win "Barca" style every match

Now with Guardiola gone to Bayern, I do wonder who else Roman could bribe to manage at the bridge. Mourinho again?
