£19m seems a low offer in today's market, I hope we don't feck about like we did in the Fabregas saga!
20m seems like a good opening bid for a player with one year left on his contract and who only wants to come to one place. We should be able to strike a deal for about 25m which would represent good business for both parties.
Strootman, is he back? He hasnt played much, interesting.

We do our transfer business quite quickly these days, if we want him I'd bet that we'll have made a concrete offer by Saturday.
