My thoughts that it's media bollox. He very lazy, inconsistant and very predictable in his play, not a Poch type at all in my opinion, definitely not the lazy bit.

Already made it to BBC. They've definitely put in a bid.

Know next to nothing about Lucas Perez, but a quick glance at his career and it isn't all that impressive.

At 27, it looks like he has had once good, goalscoring season - which was last year with 18 goals. Previous season, 6 goals. Two years in Greece - 9 goals. Three years in Ukraine - 14 goals. Scored a decent amount at B/C level in Spain, so he has that going for him.

I've just realised who Lucas Perez is: I know him as just Lucas when he used to play for my wife's hometown team, Karpaty Lviv. Seen him several times and am stunned to see him now linked to Arsenal. Nothing to worry about here.

You do know players can improve Lucas Perez has improved in leaps and bounds in the last year and a half.West ham,Leicseter,Everton and Arsenal all want him and barca where also interested in him as a back up option as well as a whole host of European clubs he's a good player and nowhere near the player you saw play at that time.

My own view on Zaha is that this is all media nonsense that has been spread by his agent - it's well known he has been trying to get a better contract at Palace and I would suggest this is his way of trying to get that moving.

The fact this has been put out so publicly is very suspicious as it goes against virtually all of our other deals done since Poch joined the club. I cant see it.

Spurs are the kind of people who win a lottery and still shop at Hollister.

Well we do look for value in our purchases that's for certain but we also look for certain qualities as well and by and large its been successful. Zaha I doubt is legit - HOWEVER if it does prove to be real then I can only imagine that he is seen as giving us something we currently lack which is a direct, quick player in the final third and maybe Poch sees enough in him to think he can coach him into becoming the player people thought he might be when he first signed for Man Utd.

Doesn't Zaha play well vs Tottenham most of the time? I thought he was very good against them the other week.

I like Zaha and I think there's a player in there. Pochettino seems like the kind of coach who could get him to play with more consistancy. He's crtainly improved Lamela, maybe he can do similarly with Zaha.

Romagnoli is very young and got a lot of potential

I wouldn't have minded if we bought him
How much do you think Chelsea will have to pay. £34m rejected. Talk is Chelsea will have to go into Stones territory.

Judging by the tweet, I don't think any amount of money will get him. They singed him 1 year ago for about 20 million and he's still only 21.

Are they in La Liga? Will he get playing time there?

They're in La Liga, yep. I think he'd get plenty of chances in their first-team, as they generally depend on getting the best out of the players who're there on loan.

They've already signed 7 players on loan this summer. That's basically their transfer strategy and only hope for survival.

Don't disagree that players can dramatically improve, but for every player who makes a dramatic improvement at the mid point of the career and maintains it, there's twenty who cannot reproduce it and their great season was down to nothing more than variance.

Very stiff price for Mustafi who despite being his senior I don't think has a patch on Bailly.

In Monaco, this Thursday evening, PSG and Juventus Turin still did not agree to the transfer of Blaise Matuidi! #RMCsport

Mustafi was a player who was awful for Valencia last season and somehow he goes for £35m haha.

So who is PSGs direct replacement for Matuidi? Rabiot doesn't seem quite ready for me, and Krychowiak was always the more defensive option.

I don't know, but there just seems to be a lack of genuine box to box options at PSG, this sale doesn't make sense.

They dont play with a box to box probably, just 2 midfielders ( Krycho and Verratti) with an AM on top.
