Stand Up DVDs

I went to see Stewart Francis in glee club Cardiff and he is certainly one of the best I've seen.

Looking forward to Lee mack too, watched his last one twice this week alone. Doesn't get the plaudits he deserves imo.

Yup, these 2 are my 2 fave comedians at the moment by a country mile

Neither get the recognition...Asda didn't even stock Francis' new Dvd...they've got every other mainstream comedian going. I normally download unless it's something outstanding and I want to own it, and that's the feeling I got after seeing him live

Saw Ross Noble live a few weeks back, most of it was totally improv. Will be interesting to see how different the DVD is.

Cheers JD for the Tommy Tiernan, he really could have been something special. I hope this is a return to form.

I'll be watching tim minchin later tonight.. after the villa match

i like tim minchin, the only thing i didn't like about the dvd was the audience, they seemed pretty quiet throughout the whole thing. I went to the show the day before the taping and the audience was great then, or perhaps it might just be the sound recording which made the audience seem quiet on the dvd.

Watching John Bishop Yesterday, Hated it from the start when he did his Liverpool FC shite. Didn't need to see Phil fecking Thompson, Steve G and Jamie Carragher as well.

EPIC FAIL

There's a scottish Comedian that has impressed me every time i've seen him, Kevin Bridges is his name.

If you've not already seen him get him watched - he's a good un.

EDIT: Just noticed he's already been mentioned!

Get over it. it's a brilliantly funny DVD, the best I've seen in a while. His bit where he's talking about Skins being wank material was the hardest I've laughed in a long time

Getting Bill Bailey's new one soon (for Christmas). I shall report back on my findings.

That was a hilarious show. I wish I hadmt watched it twice in a week or else I'd watch it again.

"I WANA WEAR UMMM!!!!"

Well, Hicks wouldn't have been Hicks without Pryor. I like them both a lot, but prefer Pryor by some distance.
