Sports I hate

Bullshit. You can reduce any sport to pointlessness. Horse Racing is the second best attended sport in this country.....and moreover it is the one major, worldwide sport that we do best.
Take away the betting side of horse racing and see how many people still have interest.

Fair point....but take away following your club and how many people would be interested in footie.

All the neutrals and gloryhunters will still be there. :D
But seriously, you can't just say 'take away following your club' because it isn't a valid point. No sport would survive if you can't follow your own team.

Geez that two bit player..... If he'd had have half the talent Gary had, he'd have been a reasonable player. He was a nice guy off the ice, though he did get in some trouble in his time. I'd have happily told him he was crap as well....

As for sports I hate, Horse racing is just pointless... I'm sorry but it is. Fishing is another sport I can't stand.

Now I never claimed he was a good player :D ;)

i just meant because he was nuilt like a brick shithouse and did time for glassing someone .

He did a fair enough job for Manchester Storm though not as talented as some of the other defenceman they had

curling (why is it fun to watch? never get it...)
golf
cycling
marathon

Us Irish are the luckiest people in the world - we have the two best fieldsports there are;
Gaelic Football & Hurling...

Cricket is a very good game. All American sports are shite. Is darts even a sport?

I agree, same with racing though. Organised horse racing started in the late 17 hundreds and betting has always played a vital role

I really hate Ameican Football, Baseball (rounders for those who need a bigger bat to hit the ball), netball, basketball (simply glorified netball), hockey, la crosse (what the feck is that shit all about?) and anything to do with horses (just find it all really dull)

And i also hate stupid nascar racing and champ car racing. (whats the point in driving round in circles for a few hundred laps? if i wanted to watch that id go to the nearest roundabout and watch the traffic).
