South Park Season 11

It's pirate game haven here in KL and most of the consoles are modded so that they can play pirates. Games are bloody cheap, roughly the equivalent of GBP1-2. Only PS3 hasn't been cracked yet but it's just a matter of time I guess.

That being said though, there are loads of shops here which sells original games and there's even one in particular that really promotes original games and is really active in holding competitions and all. In fact, I think there recently had a, couldn't remember whether it's Halo or Gears Of War competition though, where they hooked their consoles onto a giant cinema screen.

maybe its because you need the original copy to play the game and you can't really find an original game in kl can you?

The last time I played video games, Pacman and Donkey Kong were popular.

I've already enquired about that actually. Seems that there is some tweaking they can do so you can play online with a chipped console.

Think you need to get down to Malaysia though for that to happen. Got some frens who have Xbox 360's, modded. Didn't stop them from playing online. Hell, even the Wii's has got modded already. Which si why I said it's just a matter of time that the PS3s gets modded. Might take a bit of time though since Blu-Ray is a new technology.

yeah. i got my ps2 from megamall. each time myself or someone goes over i give them a list of games to get. RM5 from that shop in that new shopping center in bangsar opposite devis corner. or at least thats where it was last year.

That's Bangsar Village. Don't go a lot there myself and I get most of my games from Petaling Jaya, at Amcorp Mall. Costs RM4.

i don't trust amcorp mall. when i used to live in kl, the first time i went there i found it to be over the top dodgy, more so than usual. when i went for a holiday, i did buy my games at one of the stores upstairs, but out of the 10 or so that i bought, 3 worked. by the time i realised, i was back in melbourne, so i couldn't really do anything. i think i put one of the crap ones in my microwave to see what happened.

Never had any problems with Amcorp Mall. I can always change my games anyways if there's any probs. Besides, my friend works in the Starbucks downstair and I always get free drinks.

Anyways, alright episode today. Not as good as the previous episodes but still alright.

The guitar one was a bit shit. The List was better ("girls don't have balls!"), but nowhere near the Imaginationland trilogy.

The Imaginationland trilogy has got to be 3 of the best episodes thruout 11 seasons of South Park.

The Imaginationland one started off well but the ending was quite wank. The Guitar Queer-o was excellent
