With that one, is is any game from a selected few, or literally any game there is out on the PS3 ?

I think it might be selected, I will try find out, though I know Resistance, Heavenly Sword and Motorstorm were all mentioned and they are the best games out on the PS3 at the moment.

I assume blockbuster doesn't do student discount?

I don’t think so.

Virgin and HMV do, however I am not sure they do discounts on bundles, maybe just the basic package. They both are doing similar deals to blockbusters; 60GB PS3 + 2 games + Blu ray film £349.
You miiight get an NUS discount, so all that for 315, probably wishful thinking, worth checking though!

The 60GB PS3 will be sold for £349 with 2 games. That's £50 extra for 2 games and a higher spec console. We think they need to sort the pricing out here as the price difference between the 40GB and 60GB value pack console is non existent if you take the price of the games into account. The best thing to do is to bundle in one or two games with the 40GB console.

It should just mean the bigger memory on the 60gb, the backwards compatability, the memory card slot and the 2 extra usb ports that are not on the 40gb version.

Yep, they have gone. I suppose they thought that if anyone wanted it, they could quite easily stick a 10 bob external unit into one of the USB ports.
