No probs buddy

The code above, actually searches for open directories, so you should barely get directed to dodgey sites, it will, most of the time, just take you to one of those plain sites with nice little links to downloads

alot of them don't seem to come up, I guess because they get shut down quickly but I'm finding some good stuff.

Google: Search Rapidshare For Free Music

For example, if you want to see a bunch of 50 Cent songs (available for you to freely download)...

To see all music files available...

Google: Search College Networks for Open Directories Free Music and Video Files

In typical techrx style, I'll try to explain my steps so you can improve on
the recipe. Here's my search string that will search all edu sites for mp3 files:
Google: -inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:"index of" "Last modified" mp3 site:edu

This isolates directories only...
-inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:"index of" "Last modified"

This searches only educational sites. You can change this to a particular college
if you want focus your search.
site:edu

This obviously searches for mp3s. You can change this to avi or mpg if you want
to search for video files.
mp3

Searching all educational sites for video files:
-inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:"index of" "Last modified" +(wmv|mpg|avi) site:edu
