I'm hoping we can make a fair bit from them.

Can see them getting Young off us for £10 mil, perhaps Cleverley if we want to get rid, maybe Anderson and Nani too. But I can see their big money £20 mil signing being Fellaini. Wasn't happy they got promoted but silver lining is definitely this!

Anderson lost weight. He looks in really good shape. He should get another chance to prove what he can do...at QPR.

I think QPR may have learnt a lesson from the last time they went on a spending spree. But if they were to spend, hopefully they will take a look at Valencia, Young, Fellaini and Carrick.

Stop. Just... No. The pain.

Edit: fecking white text.

I actually thought of this right after they scored. Was pissed they were going to win but thought at least we might be able to give them Young. feck they might even take Anderson.

 Finally someone fell for it.

I think they could do with some of our players actually and improve quite a bit. The problem is that they seem to have a club culture that makes players regress rather than improve. Even Taraabt is doing well at Milan. There is something poisonous about their club that I expect even if they buy Valencia for example, his work rate will drop.

Anyway, that's not really our problem is it? 10m for Young would be good.

Ashley Young would do great for them. Harry will probably try nab a few Spurs players on loan, perhaps the likes of Kane and Bentaleb?

We can't afford to get rid of anyone as we aren't signing anyone.

Young's a good player and would be excellent for any aspiring midtable team. He used to be very proructive for Villa.

I find people talking about offloading Carrick mind-boggling for two reasons.

a) He's too good for QPR.

b) Last season, the vast majority of our team went from Championship winners by 11 points to mid-table dross. Carrick had a bad year, so did almost everybody else. Season before last he was widely acclaimed as our new Scholes and praised alongside RvP in being pivotal in winning title #20. Easily our best midfielder at the time.

...amazing then, that in the space of a year he's gone (in the eyes of some spazzy fans here) from being world class to QPR level. Get a clue!

For QPR: Rio yes, Young Maybe, Valencia still above their level...but Carrick? QPR? I want some of what you're smoking.

Yeah, I understand not wanting him as a regular as I'd prefer he isn't either any more but selling him off is baffling to me. Easily our best CM and was fantastic last season.

It is ridiculous. Even if we were getting rid of one CM why would it be our best one?

I think we will get 5m from them for Young but they will match his wages, 10m elsewhere if he took a pay cut.

Reckon arry is already on the phone right now to Rio, which would be a great signing for them. He would be a great signing for any team outside the top 4

tbf fair what we deem as dross for us, is capable of making them a very good side. problem is they need to get rid of their own dross to accommodate ours.

Young is the only player i would get rid of right from the bat. Everyone else who are tethering with the door, i would like to give them a pre season with Van Gaal and for he to assess who would be a asset, even Anderson..

I don't think they'll be interested in Anderson or Buttner, or be able to afford Fellaini's transfer fee.

I could definitely seen them being interested in Young though. Redknapp will point to the two goals he scored against his Spurs side a couple of years ago as evidence of what he can do.

If QPR bulk buy, I'm sure we can offer them a reasonable discount.

Young, Anderson, Nani, Fletcher, Fellaini, Buttner and Valencia all for the bargain price of their revenue for promotion (approximately £80 million).

The funny thing is, I have seen serious posts like this about Ando in recent weeks. It's ludicrous.

I reckon QPR will be snapping up Rio and Lampard (if he goes).

Not sure if they could afford Young's wages - would he take a pay cut or we make up part of his wages

Young, Cleverley, Zaha, Fletcher are all potentially good signings - maybe Buttner on loan if we get Shaw

Fellaini too expensive I'd say

You really can't say a bad word about anyone in our team can you?

Well if they were dross, I doubt they'd be at United. Young, as poor as he's been at United (there, I said something bad), was great and Villa, and rightly got his transfer to United. Unfortunately, he hasn't quite been able to step up to the 'United level', but I personally wouldn't call them dross.

This. As pissed-off as we are at most of our players for the season just gone, we still need a squad - particularly given all our injury issues that come up season after season - to play the 38 games we have next season (and whatever cup games we get before our curse of only drawing Premier League teams in domestic cups knocks us out).

Buttner, Anderson, Bebe fo sho.

Maybe Young but his wages are probably too steep for them.
