No I completely agree. Especially when other managers are going with less orthodox formations and set ups and doing a phenomenal job setting it around their star player ( @Tuppet for example) and I have the same 4231 we usually see and with marginal changes each time.

Skizzo's team is fantastic, although it really peaked early - and is becoming quite boring (it's absolutely not his fault)

There's not much flexibility that can be done with Rivera. 4231 is default and Skizzo has nailed it (pains me to say it). I'd rather have had Valderrama than Rivera as a central player.
