I hate that he has had to watch the empire he built crumble so humiliatingly. Happy birthday and happy new year Sir Alex, you are the reason I fell in love with football.
He resurrected an empire. He picked up where Sir Matt left off so in a sense, he was standing on the shoulders of a giant. Now he has to watch as all his labours are brought to nothing by lesser men. History is full of stories like this. The ecstasy and the agony. Sir Alex built an empire, but he now watches it crumble into dust.
Matt Law says he's going to be involved. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...on-guide-sir-jim-ratcliffe-manchester-united/
Watched the new BBC documentary last night it was very good , we all new what he did in Scotland , it was a immense achievement still to this day, I think Strachan said they still be mentioned in 100yrs time . Happy Birthday and the best of the best ..
He's been at a few games since that happened.Happy birthday to the greatest manager who ever lived. It’s shame watching these corporate shitbags tear the soul out of our club. For all the fans and there were lots of them praising Ineos for cutting costs, do you feel better that Sir Alex doesn’t go to games anymore since they took his deal away?

He was in fact born on the 31st of December. The last day of the year. Saving the best for last.Sir Alex #1 Manager, first birthday of the year, hand in hand
It adds to his legacy though. Had the next manager come in and picked up where he left off we wouldn't be missing him this muchI hate that he has had to watch the empire he built crumble so humiliatingly. Happy birthday and happy new year Sir Alex, you are the reason I fell in love with football.
