Sir Alex Ferguson 82 years young

My very best wishes to you Sir Alex for a long and happy birthday and good health.

One of the defining figures of my childhood and the greatest to ever do it hands down. Happy Birthday to the great man.

Happy Birthday to Sir Alex Ferguson.

PS
Its my privilege to have lived through the era's of two of the worlds greatest Manchester United Managers, Sir Alex and Sir Matt, both legends and both Scotsmen...as @Mr Pigeon will no doubt be delighted to remind us of all the good things that have come from North of the Border ;)

fergie, you are old but i respect you.

Can people please stop using that American GOAT stuff? He deserves much better than some ALL CAPS AMERICANA.

Anyway all the best Boss, hope you have many more.

Happy Birthday

Feel spoiled now that I got to grow up with him at the helm. What a manager he was.

Happy Birthday. Honestly thought he was a few years older than he was.

Does he drink anymore? I remember reading he either cut back significantly or quit it altogether after the brain haemorrhage.

Glad hes still fit and mentally able enough to enjoy the renaissance under TH. Happy 80th!

Couldn't find a thread for Sir Alex Performance to ask this question;

Anyone knows our Aravege ball possession under the Great man? A lot of myth going on that we never controlled the ball under Him and I find that very disrespectful.

The last few seasons are here, doubt it's available before that outside of individual match data.

09-10 - 1st with 56.6%
10-11 - 3rd with 54.6%
11-12 - 4th with 55.9%
12-13 - 4th with 54.9%

Nobody had higher than 57.7% in any of those seasons, there have been 3 teams above that in each of the last 4 seasons.

So they're right in a way, but only because nobody else was either.
