Should we consider selling Pogba?

Think it will be interesting to see what happens with him today for the match.....

All his fanboys been blowing smoke about him the last couple of weeks so let’s see what Ole thinks of all that or how his attitude has been since returning....

he doesn’t deserve to start yet,VdB should get the nod ahead first - would have had a lot more respect for him if he actually said he’d been playing shite for his club and needs to sort his form out - rather than the blaming narrative that keeps getting peddled

think it’s a big few weeks coming up for Pogba - I’m sure his agent will soon pipe up and start the Jan transfer chat.....

I think at this point it’s worth selling cut price for say £50-£60 million just so we can reinvest it in Camavinga who’s ceiling is higher or as high as peak Pogba but actually seems more disciplined in his role already at such a young age, Pogba is more of a hindrance and distraction now.
I don't really that that's a cut price.

So, randomly, I was trying to think of Paul Pogba's top 5 performances in this second spell for us.
A the moment I've got only managed to remember 3 standout performances:

1. Leicester at home in 2018. Just off the back of his WC displays, Pogba put in arguably his most impressive all-round performance for us in the first game of the 2018/2019 campaign at home to Leicester City.

2. Manchester City away 2018. Pogba is the influential figure in getting us the victory with a classy individual second half display which was rewarded with two classy finishes.

3. Chelsea in the Fa Cup 2019. Pushed further forward and playing just off our front line he was a constant menace throughout the game. Rewarded with a strong headed finish.

How convenient he's injured. Regardless of his injury, I can't wait to bin him off. Sick and tired of hearing about he's not in our XI. Good. He's nowhere near as good as he thinks he is.

He played really well for Ole’s entire period as interim manager.

Clearly at the stage of convenient "injuries" now to avoid the benching story.

No doubt suddenly starts on Tuesday.

His age/fitness record/contract status makes him a no brainer to let go this summer to let go. Even if he performed for us consistently and was a key player, itd be questionable. But he just doesn't and he doesn't fit in. Just unavailable way too often.

3 months period out of 10 months isn’t good enough honestly. It seems players who voted him in PFA TOTY also forgot that his ‘’really well’’ performance in that season was only 3 months.

Speaks volumes that one of his three best performance for us was a game where he was only good for 45 minutes (he was useless in the first half of that match)

Not sure I agree with your selection anyway. The Arsenal game where Jessie scored twice would have to be in there.

He was good at Goodison too I remember.

The one he got sent off in ?

Wouldn’t surprised me if he is “injured” until the transfer window

Can’t stand Jose but he was bang on about Pogba by the end (even though the prick broke the transfer record to sign him)

he's off to Italy or PSG by the end of the season. His time here is done.

VDB has literally stepped over Pogba in the pecking order after last night’s performance. Pogba’s role should be little more than cover from now on. We have players who are actively contributing and it’s great to see.

Pogba faking another injruy? Just like last season?

here we go again...

Is he injured or he's off in Jan and now being phased out ?
Nothing against the guy personally, was delighted he resigned for us but it didnt work out and happy to move him on.
Hope Donny gets a run in the team, its time.

Probably Minor injury, allowed him to train but shouldn’t be risk to play match.

Nothing against the guy but as his contract expired in 2022, I think better sell him in January before it’s getting too complicated in the summer because it’s always complicated whenever player only has exactly 1 year left in their contract.

Although, I can’t really see clubs will go for him in January unless if they are desperate. Looking at Real & Barcelona if they don’t get the result, they might be desperate though.

Can anybody enlighten me on why Pogba drives a van to training?

So does Wan Bissaka and I don't understand.

Maybe he likes the van?

Hopefully we can get a decent price for him in January and reinvest it somewhere else. Between his shite form and his comments during international break i think its best for everyone if we part ways now
Yes, but who's gonna pay a 'decent price' for him after his recent form/health issues? We're not selling him to another PL club. Zidane is still a fan but Real Madrid is strapped for cash with their extensive stadium rebuild and diminished gameday revenue. Most Serie A clubs are strapped for cash because of the pandemic too.

PSG is the only that I could see as a possibility to pay a decent fee in january.

Real probably have money if they dig deep enough in their pockets. PSG as you said have oil money.

If we get 70 million for him we should be very happy
