...... When you consider he's AT LEAST one of the top five players in the world I can't help but think it's a travesty.

Not only his he one of the best players in the world, he's an absolute warrior, he embodies the spirit of Irish mythological warrior Cú Chulainn when he's on the pitch.

But the thing about Jon Walters is, he's not a myth.

Congrats Ireland, tonight you've earned the right to post whilst totally wasted.

Aye, I remember the day of 12th January 2013. Changed the game on his own.

He's the end product United are calling out for - everything Rooney wishes he was!

VIVA JON WALTERS, the Scouse King of Ireland!

Super Johnny Walters

If Eden Hazard was this year then Walters is in with a shout.

Wouldn't be a bad night for a bloke who had to drop to League 2 to re-start his career. Should be a role model to all youngsters who don't make it at their first few clubs - formerly at Wrexham, now becoming an Irish footballing hero and Ballon Dor certainty, what a guy!

Strong? Check
Fast?
Intelligent?
Great finisher?
Creative?
Takes penalties? Check

He's almost the complete package.

Jon Walters would beat Aldo in a fight

I was only trolling the thread. Though.........born and raised in England and received his whole football education in England, he is at least a product of English football.

He just didn't want to represent people like you :)
