It is if you compare her to the best looking female celebrities. She is a 7/10. She obviously has a great body and them hips definitely don't lie, but she is not very attractive in the face when she doesn't have make up on. I don't like really discussing peoples looks because you can't help what you are born with, but yeah she is overrated in her attractiveness.
Yea but if you compared her to the average woman she is probably an 8/10 at least and compared to women her same age probably a 9/10.
I haven't seen any pictures of her without makeup but that can be said of most women, usually they look a lot better with makeup rather than without which is the whole.purpose of it.
I've never been the biggest fan of Shakira in terms of looks but over the years she is growing on me and definitely I'd consider her hot (even if other women I'd consider hotter)
